The Minister of Science and Higher Education asked the scientific and socio-economic and financial groups to indicate candidates for the members of the Council of the National Center for Research and Development.

The four members will be selected from the candidates nominated by the scientific community. The candidates should have at least a PhD degree and actively conduct research or development work. Three members will be appointed from professionally active candidates indicated by socio-economic and financial groups.

Membership in the Council cannot be combined with membership in: Committee for Evaluation of Scientific Units; Scientific Policy Committee; The Council of the National Center for Science and the Central Commission for Degrees and Titles.
