Dr Milena Gojny-Zbierowska from the Department of Entrepreneurship at the University of Economics in Katowice will implement the project “The importance of psychological capital of a leader, transgression and organization support for the flourishing and resilience of an employee. The mediating role of the Sense of Psychological Safety”. 

The funds for the implementation of the preliminary / pilot study will be allocated within the Miniatura 5 competition organized by the National Science Center. The aim of the Miniature is to support scientific activities leading to the preparation of a future research project planned to be submitted in national and international competitions.

Researchers who have obtained a doctoral degree not earlier than January 1, 2009, have not managed or directed the implementation of research projects financed from the funds of the National Science Center and have at least one published work or at least one artistic achievement may apply for artistic or scientific funding.
