The Business – Science – Self-Government Association “Pro Silesia” in cooperation with the “BioStat” Research and Development Center will implement the project “Using new media and / or artificial intelligence in the recruitment and selection processes of employees in the pandemic era”. The research supervisor is Dr Angelika Pabian from the University of Silesia.
The study is to diagnose the labor market in the context of the uncertainty of the operating conditions of companies in the pandemic era and the need to implement innovative solutions in recruitment and selection of employees.
The results will allow to formulate recommendations for Silesian employers taking into account the most effective ways of searching and recruiting talents, adjusting automated systems supporting recruitment processes, online employers’ activity, minimizing barriers to implementing e-recruitment tools and increasing sensitivity to innovative solutions corresponding to the idea of digitization.
