In Nuremberg, the 70th International Fair “Ideas, Inventions, New Products” iENA 2018 was held. It is one of the largest European exhibitions of this type. Its awards were received also by the representative of the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin Dr. Aneta Ptaszyńska with her team.

-Our scientists presented at the Fair solutions intended to treat bees disease – nosemosis. The jury awarded them a silver medal for developing a method of treating a fungal infection and supporting the immune system by enriching the winter diet of insects with Lactobacillus bacteria – says Katarzyna Skałecka from the Press Office of the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin.
