Representatives of administration, science, business and art from over 20 countries met in Krakow at the third Open Eyes Economy Summit.

Participants discussed sustainable development of economy and value-based economy. As Deputy Prime Minister Jarosław Gowin said in the opening speech of the congress, “the conviction that the market economy can only be developed within the ecosystem of values is guided by all my actions. This synergy between the open market and values is also guided by the Open Eyes Economy Summit.”

Environmental protection is an example of values that should be particularly protected. The key to this is the statement of the common good, of which the environment is an example. As regards the responsibility for them, free market must recognize the supremacy of superior values – pointed out the Deputy Prime Minister.
