Article “Consumer Engagement in Business Process Innovation – ICT Companies Cases from Poland and UK” written by Prof. Ewa Ziemba and Dr Monika Eisenbardt was published in the Journal of Computer Information Systems, included in the Journal Citation Reports list (the so-called Philadelphia list).
It presents the original concept of consumer involvement in the creation of business process innovations developed by a team of scientists. It also performs a comparative analysis of this involvement in companies from the ICT sector in Poland and Great Britain.
The text is one of the results of an international project led by Prof. Ewa Ziemba researching consumer knowledge management and prosumption for the needs of the economy of sustainable development since 2015. The article was co-authored by Prof. Roisin Mullins from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and Dr Sandra Dettmer from the University of South Wales (UK).
