Scientists from the University of Economics in Wrocław participate in the international project “Learning And Development in micro- and small enterprises”.

The international project “LEAD – Learning And Development in micro- and small enterprises” received funding in the amount of over 300 thousand euro. The money is intended for the implementation of research in identification of training needs in the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises and the creation of innovative solutions in this area.

The results of the project will be available in the form of research results and guidelines for the development and implementation of training programs for enterprises. The results of the research will be included in a generally available handbook after the end of the project. The project is implemented in partnership with universities and business support institutions from Belgium, Croatia, Estonia, France, Portugal and Hungary – the project leader. The project will last until April 2024.
