The Legendary Rover Team of students of the Rzeszów University of Technology took first place in the international competition International Planetary Aerial Systems Challenge. 

The competition was addressed to students whose task was to design an unmanned aerial vehicle with full equipment, ready for operations on Mars.

The Legendary Rover Team consists of students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Aviation and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of the Rzeszów University of Technology, who have so far been involved in the construction of Mars rovers.

Their greatest success was winning first place twice at the prestigious international University Rover Challenge competition held in Utah, USA. Team members are planning to take part in subsequent IPAS Challenge competitions and events related to the space industry.
