The graduates from 2016, who earn the best, have completed one of three majors: Computer Science at the Gdańsk University of Technology and the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Management at the Vistula University of Finance and Business in Warsaw or Electronics and Telecommunications at the Warsaw Technological University – informs the newspaper Rzeczpospolita daily citing data from the ELA system, i.e. a nationwide system of monitoring Economic Fate of Higher Education Graduates.

The monthly remuneration of graduates of those majors is over PLN 8,000. As emphasized the authors of the analysis, completion of full-time studies and work during studies are factors that allow the graduates to earn more, especially in the first year after graduation.
At the same time, the ELA system shows that it is worth studying and that education pays off in time. Every year, graduates of Polish universities earn more and their wages increase faster than the average earnings in their locations.
