Scientist from the Opole University of Technology appointed to the Engineering Academy in Poland

Prof. Grzegorz Królczyk, Vice-Rector for Science and Development at the Opole University of Technology, was appointed to the Engineering Academy in Poland – a prestigious association of outstanding creators of Polish technology. The list of association members is elite including only 300 people in it.

“This is a distinction that I perceive not only as appreciation of my scientific achievements, but also the position of the Opole University of Technology, which is becoming stronger in the country and internationally”, says Prof. Królczyk,

The Engineering Academy supports the development of modern technologies and innovative entrepreneurship. It focuses on combining the achievements of engineering work and inventiveness in technology with their application in industry. It performs advisory functions for state, local government, economic and social institutions. It has been operating since 1992, and its 300 members are professors of Polish technical universities and entrepreneurs who rendered great service to the development of science and technology.
