Scientists of the Medical University of Poznań nominated for the Polish Smart Development Award

Scientists of the Medical University of in Poznań were nominated for the Polish Smart Development Award 2021 in the category of Innovative Technologies and Future Research.

The research team led by Prof. Jolanta Dorszewska of the Neurology Clinic was nominated for the project “Mission III of the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznań”.

The research team led by Dr Anna Wawrocka from the Department of Medical Genetics was nominated for the project “Searching for the causes of retinal pigment degeneration in selected family cases of the disease using the exome sequencing method, WES (Whole-Exome Sequencing)”.

The Polish Smart Development Award is granted to innovators and investors, individuals and organizations whose way of acting and thinking affects the smart and sustainable development of society and economy.
