Scientists to study modern military operations

A research team of scholars of the Faculty of International and Political Studies of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and the Military Institute of Armament Technology in Zielonka (WITU) started the implementation of the planned for the years 2020-2023 research project “Contemporary military activities – conditions, experiences and prospects of changes on the battlefield”.

The aim of the project is to define the role of modern military operations, taking into account their conditions, experiences and prospects for changes on the battlefield in the context of maintaining international security.

The results of the project will be scientific articles presenting partial research results and the development and publication of a scientific monograph, organization of scientific conferences and symposia, as well as papers presented by contractors during national and international scientific conferences and symposia.

The project manager is Col. Res. Prof. Dariusz Kozerawski, Department of National Security of the Jagiellonian University.
