Representatives of CREOTECH INSTRUMENTS SA (project leader), PCO SA (member of the Polish Armaments Group), the Łukasiewicz – Institute of Aviation, Military University of Technology and the Space Research Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences signed a cooperation agreement for the construction of a microsatellite constellation intended for the implementation of Earth observation missions for the needs of security and defense sector.
According to the Łukasiewicz – the Institute of Aviation, the signing of the agreement is a consequence of the cooperation of these organizations in current projects of developing a Polish observation microsatellite and a constellation of nanosatellites.
The experience of all signatories of the agreement in the implementation of projects for the European Space Agency is also very important. It allows to implement European standards ECSS (European Cooperation for Space Standardization), which guarantee the necessary quality level of the developed solutions.
