Until 9 November, the Faculty of Political Science of the Maria Curie Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin will hold a series of events organized for the 100th anniversary of Poland’s independence.
The seminar entitled “On the manifesto of the Provisional People’s Government of the Republic of Poland” will take place on November 6. On November 7-8 a theatre drama will be performed presenting the disputes of the Provisional People’s Government, which 100 years ago were held at the Lubomirski Palace – the current seat of the Faculty of Political Science at the UMCS.
On November 8, two scientific conferences will take place: “People’s vision of Independence. People’s government in Lublin” and “Equality of women in Poland. Between theory and practice.”
The series of events will be finalized by the National Academy of Stories “Unknown Heroes of our Independence”.
