The Center for Terrorism Studies Collegium Civitas in Warsaw and the History Meeting House are organizing a scientific seminar “From a terrorist to a politician” on March 23, 2018.

The seminar is a part of the interdisciplinary project “Look at terrorism” run by Collegium Civitas. It aims to present the history of terrorism and shows its complexity from the perspective of various sciences: economics, political science, security sciences, media studies, literary studies, sociology and psychology.

During the seminar a discussion panel was planned with the participation of the Member of the Polish Sejm, Joanna Kluzik-Rostkowska, a political scientist and expert on South America Dr. Piotr Łaciński and an expert on security and the author of the “Encyclopedia of terrorism” Dr. Krzysztof Karolczak.

The event will take place on March 23, 2018 at 18.00 at the Dom Spotkań z Historią in Warsaw at ul. Karowa 20. Admission is free. The organizers ask for confirmation of their presence at the address: cbnt@civitas.edu.pl
