Are European services able to prevent attacks? Can we forecast trends in the development of terrorism? Can sociological analyses help in the effective fight against terrorism? The following questions will be discussed at the seminar “Sociology of Terrorism”.

The seminar is organized by the Center for Research on Terrorism at Collegium Civitas in Warsaw and the House of Encounters with History. The event is scheduled for 20 April in Warsaw at ul. Karowa 20. Dr Anna Matczak from Collegium Civitas, Paweł Cywiński from the portal refugees.pl and Dr Łukasz Jurczyszyn from the Polish Institute of International Affairs will be lecturers of the seminar.

The seminar is part of the interdisciplinary cycle “Views on terrorism.”
