The development of artificial intelligence algorithms and their application for data analysis are the main tasks of the Shanghai-Warsaw Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence, which was established at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology (PW).

The laboratory will deal with the development of artificial intelligence algorithms and their use for data analysis. It will have two headquarters, located at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology and in Shanghai.

During the official opening of the Laboratory, the scholars discussed the analysis of textual data, publications and patents to support talent management, which tasks have been implemented in the laboratory since March this year. Future projects on DNA sequence analysis, medical image analysis and financial data were also considered.
