Silesian University of Technology signed a cooperation agreement with the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce

The Silesian University of Technology will cooperate with the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce. The cooperation agreement was signed by the rector of the Silesian University of Technology, Prof. Arkadiusz Mężyk and the President of the Board, Michał Stępień, representing the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce, and Vice-President Rafał Kijonka.

The cooperation will include the organization of joint workshops, conferences and seminars devoted to entrepreneurship and Industry 4.0. The signatories of the document also declare assistance in the career development of students.

“We have extensive plans, not only for tomorrow but for the next few years, at least. This includes supporting students in organizing internships in Swiss companies”, said the managing director of the Chamber, Ulrich Schwendimann about the planned cooperation.

The signed agreement will also translate into cooperation in the promotion and development of Polish-Swiss economic relations.
