The Silesian University of Technology won the first place in the PRODOK competition for the most post-doctoral entity running a doctoral school or PhD studies in Poland. The results were announced by the National Representation of Doctoral Students.

The PRODOK competition is organized by the National Representation of Doctoral Students (KRD) – a nationwide representative of doctoral students. The tasks of the KRD include representing and promoting members of this community, expressing opinions and presenting conclusions, taking care to improve the quality of education, supporting the self-government of doctoral students.

The prizes were awarded in the following categories: the most post-doctoral university in Poland, the most post-doctoral institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the best self-government of doctoral students. In addition, entities dealing with exceptional activities for PhD students in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic were also awarded.
