The Silesian University of Technology will host the first stages of one of the largest engineering competitions in Europe. Until February 27, young engineers can apply to EBEC, i.e. the European BEST Engineering Competition.

The competition is for four-person teams in one of two categories. The first category is Case Study – finding a solution to a theoretical technical or business problem, e.g. designing a drones delivery system based on existing infrastructure or planning Mars colonization.
The second category is Team Design – design and construction of a device that performs specific functions, e.g. covering a specific route or transporting cargo from point A to point B.

EBEC is a project organized by the members of BEST organization and aims to create a modern engineer model, and also gives the opportunity to use the acquired knowledge in practice and test technical skills.
