Silesian University of Technology to support a class at Secondary School No. 1 in Świętochłowice

The Jan Kochanowski Secondary School No. 1 with Bilingual Branches in Świętochłowice, in the cooperation with the Silesian University of Technology will create a class with a polytechnic and linguistic profile. The pioneering class, which has already obtained a professional classroom for computer classes, is a response to the growing interest of pupils in technical fields.  

In addition to the new class, which will start education on September 1, 2021, the Silesian University of Technology will enable students of the Secondary School No. 1 in Świętochłowice to participate in selected academic classes and support school teachers in improving their professional qualifications. Also, it is offering the substantive support of the classes by academic teachers.

The cooperation will also beneficial for students of the Silesian University of Technology, who will be able to undergo apprenticeships at the 1st Secondary School.
