The scientists of the Silesian University of Technology won golden medal of the Kaohsiung International Invention and Design EXPO in Taiwan for an innovative project “A revolutionary breaktrough shower solution”. In early December, the invention was also awarded a silver medal at the International Invention and Design Competition in Hong Kong.

“A revolutionary breaktrough shower solution” is a device that integrates a number of modern technologies related to water flow control, flow measurement, fluid dispensing technologies, cloud parameter recording systems and the Internet of Things.

A modern product is an example of a solution of the Industry 4.0 area. It was created under the grant of the National Center for Research and Development “Research and development work on an innovative multifunctional sanitary device” implemented by Miscea.Pl Engineering in cooperation with the Silesian University of Technology.
