The State Higher Vocational School in Konin and the Zarmen company will jointly conduct dual studies in Mechanics and Machine Construction, Automation and Robotics, and Logistics. Zarmen will hire students in these fields of study at its own expense and responsibility. They will perform tasks aimed at achieving the learning outcomes related to the study.

According to the signed agreement, students of the Higher School of Konin will study and work in a research center from their second year. There are devices for the power and industrial sectors, as well as urban and rail traction.

Zarmen switchgears are operated in Russia, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia and Germany. In Poland, all lignite mines, most hard coal mines, fuel, chemical, metallurgical, paper and mineral industry facilities as well as traction stations are equipped with the Zarmen switchgears.
