The State Higher Vocational School (PWSZ) in Krosno received the right to conduct MA studies. The decision of the Minister of Science and Higher Education was preceded by a positive opinion of the Polish Accreditation Committee.

The right responds the needs of the regional economy, looking for well-trained specialists prepared to work in production and service plants, research centers, design and advisory companies – emphasized Prof. Zbigniew Barabasz, Vice-Rector for the development of the State Higher Vocational School in Krosno.

The first students in the field of production engineering will start their education in February. As part of this course, the university will run three specialties: Integrated manufacturing systems, Quality, environment, occupational safety and health in the enterprise, and IT systems in production engineering. Graduates will obtain a master’s degree in engineering.
