The State Higher Vocational School in Płock celebrates its 20th anniversary. On this occasion, the university decided to change the name. From March 21, 2019, it becomes the Mazowiecka Public School in Płock.

– The development of our university is balanced. We have a stable number of students, we educate at a high level and regularly expand our study offer. We are developing scientifically, we are improving our educational base – said Prof. Associate Maciej Słodki, university rector, during the anniversary celebrations.

Professor Słodki added that the Act 2.0 -Constitution for science changed not only the status, but also the statute of vocational schools. – We were and are a university educating primarily for the needs of our city and the broadly understood region. We would like to highlight it in a special way by changing the name of our university to the Mazowiecka Public School in Płock.
