State Higher Vocational School in Suwałki to enter virtual reality

Equipment for teaching in virtual reality has been delivered to the State Higher Vocational School (PWSZ) in Suwałki. It will be used by students during classes to simulate events.

Soon the Suwałki university will receive the highest and at the same time extremely effective way of education. Thanks to this technology, students will move to another world.

This is the second and largest project in the history of PWSZ (after the Technology Transfer Center). The value of the project “Integrated Program of the University II for Regional Development” amounts to over PLN 7.5 million. It will allow students and staff to benefit from trainings, study visits to employers, but most of all, from possibilities related to virtual reality.

The project includes an interactive crime scene, a mass accident simulation, an interactive courtroom, an evacuation simulator and an Internet information transmission simulator.
