The Social Competence Center will be established at the State Higher Vocational School in Elbląg. The project is implemented under the Regional Operational Program of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The total value of the project is over PLN 19.1 million, of which almost PLN 16.2 million is co-financed by the European Union.

Specialized laboratories will be developed in the new built-up spaces in one of the university buildings: a 3D modeling laboratory with a real object scanning studio; drone construction, programming and research laboratory; robotics and mechatronics laboratory; Internet of Things studio; programming of mobile devices and a laboratory for experiments with materials.

New laboratories will significantly contribute to the modernization of the university’s didactic base. They will also enable the launch of new areas of education, such as 3D modeling and new studies. The new database will be also available for young people from the Elbląg region.
