Students can apply for John Paul II scholarships

Until October 10, students from Warsaw universities can apply for the John Paul II scholarships offered by the Capital City of Warsaw. This is the 16th scholarship program.

The operator of the scholarships is the Center for the Thought of John Paul II. In last year’s 2019/2020 program, it offered scholarships to 268 Warsaw pupils and students, and since the launch of the program, more than 3.5 thousand people have received such support.

The purpose of the scholarships is well-directed help for talented young people so that they can develop freely their passions and interests. The condition for applying for a scholarship, in addition to studying in Warsaw, is an appropriate average grade obtained at the end of the last school or academic year (4.0 for high school graduates and 3.5 for students) and the average monthly income per family member not exceeding PLN 1700 net in 2019 year.
