Students from the ADek Science Club of the Warsaw University of Technology (WUT) create advanced driver assistance systems. They are currently testing them in the autonomous electric car “ADAŚ”, which appeared on the streets of Warsaw.
ADAŚ is an autonomous car equipped with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), i.e. advanced driver assistance systems. The vehicle is able to detect, using its proprietary program: traffic participants, road signs, traffic lights, and is able to detect and plan the path it follows – we read on the website of the Adek Science Club.
ADAŚ has also implemented systems using ROS (Robot Operating System) environments, which integrate all autonomy systems.
For the purposes of testing proprietary ADAS systems, young engineers created a fully electric, intelligent, miniature version of the car. “ADAŚ”, which appeared on the streets of Warsaw.
