Training courses in chronic and palliative care, counselling and support strategies, risk behaviour prevention, new media and communication, and the promotion of Polish culture as well as theology and the new evangelisation – this is the educational offer of the Studies of the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) for the Polish diaspora and Poles abroad, which has been inaugurated.

The establishment of the KUL Study Centre for the Polish Diaspora and Poles Abroad is a project of the Rector of the Catholic University of Lublin, Rev. Prof. Mirosław Kalinowski. The educational offer is the result of the university’s cooperation with the Polish Catholic Missions, Polish Embassies, Polish Consulates, institutions and organisations of the Polish Diaspora.

333 Poles from 11 countries will begin their studies in the 6 courses of the Studium.

“The proposal with which we reached out to compatriots in England, Germany and France was received not only with great approval, but above all with great interest on the part of the participants in the courses”, emphasises Father Prof. Mirosław Kalinowski.
