The educational offer of the Studium at the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) includes training in the promotion of Polish culture, new media and communication, theology and the new evangelisation, chronic and palliative care, prevention of risky behaviour and counselling and support strategies. There is also a new addition: a course in effective manager and team leader, basics of management. The courses will start in March this year.
“The mission of our university is also to reach out to the Polish community and Poles around the world. This motivates our activities related to the educational offer for compatriots abroad”, emphasises the Rector of the Catholic University of Lublin, Rev. Prof. Mirosław Kalinowski.
The KUL Study Programme for Polish Diaspora and Poles Abroad was inaugurated in November last year. More than 330 participants from 11 countries, including France, Germany, the UK, the USA and Canada, are taking part in the first stage in six courses.
