Polish language teacher in Beijing, Dr Andrzej Ruszer took second place in the All-China Teacher Competition of 2019.
The competition, carried out under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, covered all universities in China. It concerned both Chinese as well as foreigner lecturers.
The awards were granted in two categories, depending on the origin. Individual faculties and students selected candidates, preparing an essay containing a description of the teachers’ profiles, including their professional career, a biography and achievements, and their methods of education.
Dr Andrzej Ruszer was highly rated by his students and faculty and was assessed as one of three best foreign teachers in China.
Dr Ruszer, who teaches Polish as a foreign language in Beijing, is one of the beneficiaries of the Lectors Program run by NAWA.
