The Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) is organising a conference summarising the “Polish Health 2.0” project on 18 September 2023. The event will take place at the Staszic Palace in Warsaw, and its participants will summarise the project, which responds to the challenges of public health policy in Poland, and present recommendations.

“Polish Health 2.0” is an initiative of scientists affiliated with the Public Health Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences, functioning within the Academy’s Faculty V of Medical Sciences, who, together with practitioners of the health system in Poland, have prepared expert reports and recommendations on public health – particularly its relationship with restorative medicine, the social environment and the economy. The reports, prepared in the form of 14 policy briefs, present concise descriptions of the problem and the most important scenarios for needed changes.

Experts invited to participate in the conference will present in 3 thematic blocks the results of the analyses carried out and indications for systemic changes.
