The information service of the TIPERICO project – Trajectories and challenges for the development of internal peripheries in the new conditions of post SARS-CoV-2 cohesion, implemented by a consortium with the participation of the University Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań.
The TIPERICO project will be carried out by an interdisciplinary team of scientists. The consortium includes the University of Poznań, the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and the University of Economics in Poznań. The Association of Polish Cities will also cooperate with the researchers.
The aim of the project is to identify the regularities of changes in socio-economic development in the areas of internal periphery in Poland; their sensitivity and also resistance to the consequences of the SARS-CoV-2 crisis. One of the assumed effects of the project is the preparation of recommendations for intervention activities of the cohesion policy in development activities addressed to the internal periphery.
