More than 360 experts from around the world, representatives of health care, science, governmental and non-governmental organisations, took part in a Delphi study to develop common recommendations to defend – globally – against the COVID-19 pandemic without increasing the social burden.
The study, conducted by the Barcelona Institute for Global Health, resulted in 41 theses and 57 recommendations.
