The Economics and Medical Wroclaw universities have signed an agreement opening a number of possibilities for long-term cooperation beneficial for both universities in the area of ​​commercialization of research results and knowledge transfer to the economy and academic entrepreneurship.

The cooperation agreement in the field of conducting activities in the area of ​​innovation and knowledge transfer will give rise to the implementation of patents, biotechnology innovations in the field of medicine, innovative management expert services, computerization of management processes and new strategies.

The document was signed by Prof. Bartłomiej Nita, Vice Rector for Finance and Development at the University of Economics and Prof. Piotr Dziegiel, Vice-Rector for Didactics of the Medical University. Cooperation between science and business is of an implementation nature, it will facilitate obtaining external funding, organization of workshops and seminars for commercializing scientific research.
