UMCS launches Migration Data Platform for Lublin and Lublin Region

At the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS), a ceremony was held to sign a declaration establishing the Migration Data Platform for Lublin and Lublin Region. 

Its signatories are Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, represented by the Vice-Chancellor for General Affairs Dr Arkadiusz Bereza, Prof. UMCS, the Provincial Office in Lublin headed by the Governor Krzysztof Komorski, the Higher School of Entrepreneurship and Administration (WSPA) in Lublin represented by the Rector Dr Maria Mazur, Prof. WSPA, and the Homo Faber Association represented by its President Anna Dąbrowska.

The event took place during the seminar. “Two years of helping and what next? The architecture and potential of aid measures for persons fleeing Ukraine facing the Russian-Ukrainian war. The perspective of Lublin and the Lublin Voivodeship”, organised by the Institute of Sociology of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) and the MigLab Research Team, which conducts research concerning various aspects of migrants in the Lublin region.


Events
