Bialystok University of Technology (PB) together with the Krakow University of Technology and Tianjin Chengjian University (TCU) created the International Institute of Engineering based in Tianjin. The unit will conduct bachelor’s and master’s studies mainly for Chiense students. Białystok University of Technology will deal with education in the fields of construction and environmental engineering, while the Krakow University of Technology will deal with architecture and landscape architecture.

A trilateral agreement on the creation of the International Institute of Engineering in the structures of the Chengjian University of Tianjin was already concluded in May 2017. In December 2019, the approval for this project was issued by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. Under it, the International Institute of Engineering based in Tianjin will begin to educate the first students in the fall of 2020.

After completing their studies, Chinese students will receive a Tianjin Chengjian University diploma and corresponding bachelor, engineer or master’s titles from the Bialystok University of Technology and the Krakow University of Technology.
