University of Life Sciences in Lublin to launch chemistry courses for pupils of secondary schools

The free chemistry classes are offered by the University of Life Sciences in Lublin. The aim of lessons addressed to 160 secondary school students is teaching practical chemistry and developing creative thinking.

The classes will delivered as 9 workshops during which the pupils will be experimenting in the laboratory of the Department of Chemistry at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin (UP).

Dr Jadwiga Stachowicz from the Department of Chemistry of UP emphasizes that the workshops will stimulate students’ cognitive curiosity and interest in the laboratory work, as well as allow them to learn chemistry in a practical way.
