The University of Life Sciences in Poznań implements the project “Consumer Engagement Laboratories”. The activities of scientists are part of the international project “RIS Consumer Engagement Labs” stimulating the emergence of innovation on the agri-food market and financed by EIT Food.
The idea is to develop an innovative product through direct contact of various food market entities with the target group – people aged 65+. The consortium include Poznań university, food producer – Folwark Wąsowo; biotechnology startup – Cofactor; distributor – Gminne Składy Sp. z o.o .; non-governmental organization working for the transfer of technology – Poznań Science and Technology Park; University of Warsaw and EIT Food.
EIT Food is part of the European framework of the Knowledge and Innovation Community working throughout Europe to raise the level of innovation in the agri-food sector. It implements research projects based on cooperation methods.
