University of Life Sciences in Poznań receives co-financing for three projects under the Opus call

University of Life Sciences in Poznan (UPP) is conducting three projects implemented within the scientific consortium that have obtained funding in the Opus National Science Center (NCN) competition.

The money from NCN will support the research carried out by Dr Magdalena Rudzińska, Prof. UPP (Faculty of Food and Nutrition Sciences, partner: Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences); Dr Jolanta Tomaszewska-Gras (faculty of food and nutrition sciences, partner: Medical University in Lublin) and Dr Agnieszka Waśkiewicz (department of wood technology, partners: University of Economics in Poznań and Institute of Biotechnology of Agricultural and Food Industries in Warsaw).

Opus is a competition addressed to recipients regardless of the stage of their academic career, there is no limit of financing for one project. In the 16th competition, the NCN received 1880 applications, of which 361 projects were qualified for financing.
