Six female students of the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław have become winners of the Student Scholarship Programme. The programme is implemented on the initiative of the Mayor of the City of Wrocław and run by the Wrocław Academic Centre.
The scholarship recipients from the Wroclaw university include Marta Marcinek, who is studying in Hanover, Germany, as part of an Erasmus+ exchange; Maria Karpeta taking part in the Erasmus+ programme at the Czech University of Veterinary Sciences in Brno; Klaudia Marzec, who is currently on an Erasmus+ exchange in Bologna, Italy; Adrianna Czupryna studying on a semester-long exchange in Brno from February 2023; and Maria Malinowska and Weronika Kuźnia studying in Budapest, Hungary.
A committee, appointed by the president, evaluates the applications. The average grade for the last completed semester of study and the presentation of the applicant are taken into account. The amount of the scholarship is PLN 500 per month, and it can be collected for 9 months.
