10.05.2021

Five scientists from the University of Lodz have prepared a series of short online training courses on digital security and modern technologies at the request of the International Police Association. Several hundred thousand members of an international organization can now benefit from those data.

Recordings on cybersecurity issues were prepared by scientists from three Departments: International and Political Studies (Prof. Ryszard Machnikowski and Dr Andrzej Kozłowski), Law and Administration (Dr Joanna Kulesza) and Management (Dr Dominika Kaczorowska-Spychalska and Dr Artur Modliński). They discussed the topics of online terrorism, as well as cases of breaking the law in online reality.

The International Police Association consists of 400,000 people of the police and border guard services from 65 countries. The Association provides international cooperation to ensure the safety of residents and assures that its members constantly learn and acquire the knowledge needed to raise their qualifications.
