The European Commission has awarded the University of Opole with the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) for the years 2021-2027. The application of the University of Opole was rated 100 points out of 100 possible. 

Erasmus + is a program that supports the activities of institutions in the field of international cooperation. The ECHE card guarantees participation in this program, and thus the possibility of implementing projects with co-financing from the European Commission. The Charter defines the basic principles of the organization and implementation of projects so that cooperation takes place at the highest possible level.

In addition to the formal dimension, the possession of the ECHE Card is an extraordinary prestige for the university, it proves the high standard of the services. In the years 2021-2027, the University of Opole will not only continue cooperation with its current partners but also open up to new directions.
