The University of Rzeszów (UR) has signed a contract to co-finance the purchase of several medical simulators for the medical needs of the Faculty of Medicine.

Dr Józef Cebulski, Vice-Rector for Infrastructure and Cooperation with Economy, signed in the Ministry of Health the project “Multi-profile Medical Simulation Center for medical education with the use of the Medical Simulation Center. Development program of the Medical Faculty of the University of Rzeszów” implemented under the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020.

The aim of the project is to improve the quality of practical education by implementing a development program and creating a multi-profile medical simulation center for the Medical Faculty of the University of Rzeszów.

Co-financing PLN 13.5 million covers the whole project costs. PLN 10 million will be allocated for the purchase of equipment. The training of the staff will be covered by the remaining part of the amount.
