The Laboratory of Molecular Biology and Genetics was officially opened at the Faculty of Medical Sciences and Health Sciences at the University of Natural Sciences and Humanities (UPH) in Siedlce.

The laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art research apparatus, thanks to which scientific research will be conducted, distinguished by the highest quality, reliability and speed of implementation – informs UPH and emphasises that the laboratory is characterised by a large research and development and teaching potential, which is part of the implementation of the University’s development strategy, in which medical faculties occupy an important place. 

In the laboratory, classes will be held for students of nursing, paramedicine, dietetics and forensic science. In future, medical students will also benefit from the modern equipment. 

The investment was made possible thanks to a grant of PLN 5.5 million from the Minister of Education and Science.
