The University of Silesia, together with the Agere Aude Foundation of Knowledge and Dialogue, the Regional Cultural Institute, the Regional Teachers’ Training Center and the Marshal’s Office of the Silesian Voivodship, will carry out the project “University of Humanities at the University of Silesia in Katowice”.
The project is addressed to teachers of Polish studies, employees of cultural institutions and students aged 15 to 19, and will be conducted by 5 new institutions: the University of Polish Studies; University of Cultural Studies; University of Dialogue; Mobile University of Youth and University of Young Scientists.
The project will enable preparation of unique education programs, lectures, laboratory classes, study visits, as well as educational events, discussion panels and expert consultations raising the competences of non-standard higher education recipients responding to the needs of the economy, the labor market and society.
