The Silesian Intercollegiate Center for Education and Interdisciplinary Research in Chorzów will implement the “First Steps in Science” tutoring program aimed at pupils providing the development of their interests and supervision of academic teachers. The recruitment will last until September 30.

The program includes: the implementation of a scientific project under tutor’s supervision, participation in workshops conducted by scientific and didactic staff as well as interdisciplinary scientific seminars. Young scientists will also be able to participate in selected lectures in mathematics, physics and computer science for first-year students.

Participants will receive record books from the University of Silesia, they will use university’s notebooks to implement a research project or during workshop classes. The project is co-financed by the Ministry of National Education under the “Program supporting the development of highly talented students”.
