The Open University team at the University of Silesia is inviting participants to the “Education Congress Katowice 2023”, which the university is co-organising with the City of Katowice, with the support of the United Nations Children’s Fund – UNICEF. The congress will take place on 19 and 20 September at the International Congress Centre in Katowice.

The organisers promise to attempt to address current challenges facing education, with a particular focus on multiculturalism, including issues related to working with people with refugee experience, the use of digital technologies and the development of soft skills. 

Participants at this year’s congress will focus on the challenges facing contemporary education and try to find an answer to the question of how education should change in the near future to ensure the best possible quality of teaching in the decades to come.
