The University of Silesia and the Social Insurance Institution invite participants to the scientific conference “Legal and social aspects of mobbing and discrimination in employment” on 13 March. The meeting aims to introduce the subject in the context of current legal regulations and the achievements of Polish labor law.

As part of the conference organized by the “Opus per Laborem” Scientific Society, the Department of Labor Law and Social Policy of the University of Silesia and the Social Insurance Institution, two panels are planned: expert and student.
Academic staff from Polish academic centers specializing in labor law as well as members of the Polish Teachers’ Union (ZNP) at the University of Silesia and the Antimobbing Club operating in the Silesian district of the PNA are invited to participate in the event. The special guest will be Melike Yaman from Altınbaş Üniversitesi (Turkey), who will give a speech on the subject of mobbing in the light of Turkish law.
